We want you to love your hair as much as your new Tangle Teezer, so if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unused products within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all items remain in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused Tangle Teezer brushes in their original retail packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
